No more Jesus!

like i said my new girl Patsy has changed my life and the way i think about everthing. i used to dig jesus in a big way and rap on about him all the time but patsy has told me that he was just anothr middle Estern guy and maybe hes just a mith anyways so now i am concintrating on just being a regular guy and i am much happier.
Also i am cutting down to a pack of cigarets a day and go with the coors only on saturdays and then not more than a six-pack and patsy says i look ten years younger!!!!!
I found this site where you can get all sorts of stuff about jesus which makes me laugh now that i dont think he is intresting

I'm sorry you've decided to let someone else tell you what to believe. I question Patsy's ability to tell you that Jesus was "just another middle-Eastern guy"--the very fact that He has a following throughout the centuries up until today proves that He was not just "another middle-eastern guy". You don't see a following for any other first century middle-eastern guy like you do for Jesus. That alone proves Patsy wrong. Secondly, most if not ALL historians of ancient times have PROVED that Jesus lived--they have corroborating evidence from many different sources besides the Bible. Hence He is not a myth either.

Let me just encourage you to seek the truth yourself--don't accept someone else's word for it.

Good idea :) But like you said--don't let ME tell you what to believe either! Go to the sources. Read the Bible through--read Christian writers--C.S. Lewis is very good. He didn't become a Christian until he was an adult--he was an atheist most of his life.

You'd find his story very interesting, I think :)
